How does the free trial work?

But on a more serious note, Nutritional Freedom is for women who want to create consistency in their nutrition and health habits while nurturing a healthy, positive relationship with food. What time are group calls?

Currently, our group calls are scheduled for Wednesdays and Thursdays at 5pm CT.

What's Open Coaching?

Each week, you'll have the opportunity to submit a topic or question, and then Claire or one of our coaches will support you live. Whether you get coached or just listen in, it's a win/win.

I have a busy schedule and I'm worried I can't do the work involved. How much time do I need to commit?

The Freedom Membership is made for busy women who have better things to do than freak out about food! We're here to get you results, not keep you busy. Most members commit 1-3 hours a week- group coaching, private coaching, interacting with the community, and going through the curriculum. Your coach can help you create a strategy to get the most out of the experience.

What makes this different?

We don't do #hottips, hacks, or gimmicks that lead to quick but totally unsustainable change. As a Nutritional Freedom member, you'll get the individualized guidance, strategy, and support you need to get to the root of the problem and create lasting change. And there's a community of women here to cheer you on you along the way.

What if I can't attend the live calls?

All group call recordings are available within 24 hours in our member hub and private podcast. We encourage you to attend or watch the calls that are most relevant to you!

What's a Topic Workshop?

These calls are more structured than Open Coaching. Based on what we see in weekly reports, we come up with a range of nutrition and mindset topics to focus on each month. Then we teach a lesson on that subject with activities, journal prompts, and some optional homework for you to focus on after the call.

Recent topics include: Thinking About Food vs. Feeling About Food; Hormones 101; Set Point Weight Theory.

Will I get access to Claire?

Yep! Claire leads one Open Coaching session a week so you can sign up to get coached with her. She's also active in the online community every weekday.

Will I get one-on-one support?

Absolutely. There's no one size fits all approach to health, so one-on-one guidance is key! Every member gets two private coaching sessions per month with a coach.

Is there any minimum commitment?

Nope! While we recommend you stick around for at least 6 months, you can cancel at any time.
