This isn't your first rodeo.
You've tried every diet, reset, and lifestyle change under the sun.
You’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, and followed the “healthy” Instagram accounts.
But it’s just not. freaking. working.
I spent a decade of my life on diets, losing and gaining the same weight.
I counted calories, tracked Points, and complied with all of the approved food lists so I could "look good" and "get healthy."
But no matter how hard I tried or how much weight I lost, I was never satisfied. In fact, at my "goal weight," I actually felt the most insecure and the least healthy.
I did it the long, hard way. I hit allllllllll the pitfalls during my solo journey to nutritional freedom. (...And I'm a registered dietitian!)
Join in January and you'll get access to Meal Prep Madness, our done-for-you meal prep program:
🍽️ Four weeks of grocery lists + recipes, ideal for cooking lunch or dinner for 1-2 people.
🍽️ Our Breakfast Guidebook to start your AM off right.
🍽️ 4 live group coaching sessions to talk meal prep mindset and strategy for your individual needs so you can keep the meal prep magic going all year long!
So while the diets were failing you, you were made to feel like the failure.
But you already knew that.
We're here to show you that...
You can prioritize consistent nutrition while enjoying a totally drama-free relationship with food.
Unwind years of conscious and unconscious diet rules so you can trust your intuition to make nourishing food decisions.
Create a sustainable strategy for nutrition, movement, and the other Nutritional Freedom Pillars of Health so you can put these habits on autopilot.
Stop hustling for self-worth, put an end to people pleasing, and prioritize your own positive opinion of yourself.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I know if a Nutritional Freedom membership is right for me?
Well, making it this far is a pretty good sign in and of itself, ha! But on a more serious note, Nutritional Freedom is for women who want to create consistency in their nutrition and health habits while nurturing a healthy, positive relationship with food. If you've been dieting, trying to lose weight or get healthy for 5+ years...the Nutritional Freedom membership will change your life.
What time are group calls?
Currently, our group calls are scheduled for Wednesdays and Thursdays at 5pm CT.
What's Open Coaching?
Each week, you'll have the opportunity to submit a topic or question, and then Claire or one of our coaches will support you live. Whether you get coached or just listen in, it's a win/win.
I have a busy schedule and I'm worried I can't do the work involved. How much time do I need to commit?
The Freedom Membership is made for busy women who have better things to do than freak out about food! We're here to get you results, not keep you busy. Most members commit 1-3 hours a week- group coaching, private coaching, interacting with the community, and going through the curriculum. Your coach can help you create a strategy to get the most out of the experience.
Will I get one-on-one support?
Absolutely. There's no one size fits all approach to health, so one-on-one guidance is key! Every member gets two private coaching sessions per month with a coach.
Is there any minimum commitment?
Nope! While we recommend you stick around for at least 6 months, you can cancel at any time.
How do I know what stage I'm in?
All new members begin with Stage 1: Ditching Diets. You'll then take our awesome Stage Assessment and book a Stage Assessment Call with a coach. From there, you'll work together to determine your path forward.
What makes this different?
We don't do #hottips, hacks, or gimmicks that lead to quick but totally unsustainable change. As a Nutritional Freedom member, you'll get the individualized guidance, strategy, and support you need to get to the root of the problem and create lasting change. And there's a community of women here to cheer you on you along the way.
What if I can't attend the live calls?
All group call recordings are available within 24 hours in our member hub and private podcast. We encourage you to attend or watch the calls that are most relevant to you!
What's a Topic Workshop?
These calls are more structured than Open Coaching. Based on what we see in weekly reports, we come up with a range of nutrition and mindset topics to focus on each month. Then we teach a lesson on that subject with activities, journal prompts, and some optional homework for you to focus on after the call.
Recent topics include: Thinking About Food vs. Feeling About Food; Hormones 101; Set Point Weight Theory.
If I don't join in January, can I still get access to Meal Prep Madness?
Nope! Our done-for-you meal prep program is only available to members who join in the month of January.
Will I get access to Claire?
Yep! Claire leads one Open Coaching session a week so you can sign up to get coached with her. She's also active in the online community every weekday.
What does a week in the life of a Freedom member look like?
One week you might kick things off on Monday with a 1:1 call with your coach to set a clear goal for the week. On Thursday evening, you'll attend the live Topic Workshop. On Friday, you'll go on a walk and listen to the Open Coaching replay. On Sunday, you block off a couple hours to work on your Stage curriculum and finish up by filling out your weekly report.
During a busier week, maybe you only have time for private coaching and a quick reflection on Sunday through your weekly report.
It's all good. The membership is intended to be flexible because that's how life works!
